Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for radiology products.
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging centres, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify current business opportunities for radiology and diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Meet and engage with radiologists, radiology department heads, hospital administrators, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions with customers.
- Generate enquiries and develop a strong sales pipeline through field visits, referrals, networking, and market development.
- Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and tenders and follow up until closure.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and order booking through installation and handover.
- Coordinate with application, technical, service, logistics,



and installation teams to ensure smooth product delivery and commissioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with distributors/channel partners to expand market coverage and achieve territory targets.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, installations, new launches, and market activities.
- Track upcoming hospital projects, diagnostic-centre expansions, equipment replacement cycles, and new imaging-centre opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and opportunity pipelines.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
