Vidya Champs is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and confident Marketing & Sales Executive who can contribute to the growth of the institute by developing new leads, building strong relationships with schools and students, promoting Vidyachamp's academic programs, and converting prospective students into admissions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, school visits, student/parent interaction, counselling, lead generation and admission conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. School & Institutional Marketing
- Visit schools, educational institutions and relevant educational communities to develop professional relationships.
- Coordinate with Principals, Directors, Coordinators, Teachers and School Management for seminars, career guidance sessions, Olympiads, academic activities and student engagement programs.
- Identify opportunities for school tie-ups and institutional collaborations.
- Build and maintain a database of schools, teachers, students and prospective leads.
- Regularly follow up with school contacts and develop long-term relationships.

Lead Generation
- Generate current student enquiries through:
- School visits
- Seminars and workshops
- Career guidance programs
- Olympiads and academic competitions
- Referral activities
- Local marketing campaigns
- Community outreach
- Other approved marketing activities
- Identify prospective students for JEE, NEET, Foundation and other Vidyachamp programs.
- Maintain an updated record of leads and their status.

3. Student & Parent Interaction
- Communicate professionally with students and parents.
- Understand student requirements, academic background and career aspirations.
- Explain Vidyachamp's courses, academic methodology, faculty, study plans, tests and other relevant facilities accurately.
- Handle enquiries and objections professionally.
- Conduct appropriate follow-ups until the enquiry reaches a clear outcome.

4. Admission & Sales
- Convert qualified leads into admission
