Responsibilities
- Lead the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on forklifts and related equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and establish a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.
- Oversee a team of mechanics, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, utilizing inventory management systems to track parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving equipment reliability and performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues.
