WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
- Sell commercial inventory — retail shops, showrooms, food court units, gaming zone and kiosk spaces.
- Own the full sales cycle: first call, site visit,



negotiation, booking, and clean handover to the CRM team.
- Convert walk-ins, digital leads, and referrals — most of your closures will start with a site visit you personally conducted.
- Build and work a personal network of channel partners and brokers across Ghaziabad, Delhi, and Noida.
- Run partner meetings and project briefings so brokers always know current inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Handle investor and HNI conversations — rental yield, ROI, payment plans, and exit assumptions.
- Hit monthly and quarterly booking targets, and keep your pipeline updated in our CRM every day.
- Represent KW at exhibitions, investor events, and on-site promotional activity.
- Track competing commercial projects in Raj Nagar Extension and wider NCR — pricing, offers, and what buyers are comparing us against.
