7+ years of Oracle DBA & MSSQL Server administration and Always On availability groups

Experience with Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain MSSQL databases, ensuring high availability and performance.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Always On availability groups.

Perform backup and recovery operations, disaster recovery planning, and execution.

Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and resource allocation.

Administer and support additional databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance measures.

Automate routine database tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell and T-SQL.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for database design and optimization.

Monitor database health, identify issues, and apply patches and upgrades as needed.

Support cloud and on-premises database environments, including migration and replication.

SOC1 and SOX control execution.
