Manager - Branch Operation Job Description:

Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall success of our branch, by meeting and exceeding sales targets, maintaining exceptional service standards and operates efficiently. BM will lead a team, manage branch operations, and uphold brand's guidelines and values. We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented individual with solid leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieve Branch Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch-specific sales targets. Monitor and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Encourage initiatives from all employees to meet daily targets. 2. Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock tally and efficient stock management to optimize inventory levels. 3. Inventory Turn Monitoring: Monitor stock turns of the store and implement measures to improve inventory turnover. 4. Turn System Implementation: Ensure smooth implementation of the Turn system in the store as per established processes. 5. BTL Activities: Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL)



or PR activities to increase footfall and brand visibility. 6.Service Excellence: Uphold and elevate service standards to provide an exceptional customer experience. 7. MIS Reporting: Regularly update and submit MIS reports to respective stake holders in a timely manner. 8. Competitor and Market Analysis: Perform competitor and market analysis and submit relevant reports to the area manager. 9. SOP Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to store Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) among the entire branch staff. 10. People Management: Create a positive work culture and motivate employees to achieve their Sales, FPP, and BTL activities targets. 11. Training and Development: Conduct internal training sessions for the sales staff, covering product knowledge, grooming, new launch schemes, and competitor analysis. 12.
