Role Purpose: The Senior Graphic Designer will create high-quality static creative designs across digital and offline channels, drive product packaging design from concept through to production-ready artwork, and champion the use of AI-powered design tools to improve creative output and turnaround time. The role also involves reviewing and mentoring the mid/junior-level designer to maintain consistent quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Static Creative Design & Execution
- Design static creatives for digital platforms (social media, website, e-commerce, email/EDMs, digital ads) and offline channels (POS, hoardings, brochures, collateral)
- Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual designs across formats and sizes
- Ensure design quality, typography, layout, and visual consistency across all deliverables

2. Product Packaging Design
- Conceptualise packaging design ideas aligned with brand positioning and category trends
- Develop print-ready packaging artwork (dielines, mockups) in coordination with production/vendors




- Ensure packaging designs comply with print and material specifications

3. Creative Concept & Visual Strategy
- Develop mood boards, concept decks, and design directions for campaigns and launches
- Present and articulate design rationale to internal stakeholders
- Contribute creative input to brand and marketing strategy discussions

4. AI-Driven Design Efficiency
- Apply AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo AI, etc.) for rapid ideation, image generation, mockups, and asset variations
- Identify and pilot current AI tools/workflows to reduce turnaround time and manual effort
- Train and guide the design team on effective use of AI tools

5. Team Mentorship & Quality Control
- Review and give constructive feedback on the junior/mid-level designer's output
- Guide the junior designer on design principles, tool usage, and brand standards
- Ensure consistent quality across all team outputs
