● Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner

● Handle ticketing, billing, and cash transactions

● Support customers with inquiries and services

● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

● Resolve customer complaints effectively

● Promote products, offers, and memberships

● Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

● Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
