Job Title: Helper Cum Heat Press Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are looking for a Helper Cum Heat Press Machine Operator to support production activities and operate the heat press machine safely and efficiently. The candidate will assist with material handling, loading/unloading garments or materials, heat pressing, quality checking, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the heat press machine as per production requirements.
- Set and maintain the required temperature, pressure, and pressing time.
- Place garments/materials correctly on the heat press machine.
- Load and unload materials carefully to avoid damage.
- Assist in preparing garments, transfers, labels, prints, or other materials for pressing.
- Check finished products for proper placement, adhesion, alignment, and overall quality.
- Identify defective or damaged pieces and inform the supervisor.
- Maintain proper production records when required.
- Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures while operating the machine.
- Assist other production team members whenever required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of machine operation and production work.
- Previous experience with a heat press machine will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work for extended periods in a production setting.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain production quality.
- Physically fit for material handling and standing work.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in garment printing, heat pressing, production, or a similar role preferred. Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
