Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition to support hiring requirements for our Global Capability Center (GCC) operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a good understanding of GCC hiring landscapes, particularly within the Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.

This role will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.




- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

GCC Hiring Support
- Support hiring initiatives for GCC functions including Engineering, Technology, Shared Services, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Analytics.
- Develop understanding of GCC talent markets, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
- Partner with business leaders to understand skill requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Ensure a strong employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
- Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.

Recruitment Operations
- Coordinate interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding activities
