About the Role
- We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate to support hiring projects on a project/assignment basis.
- This is not a permanent position. The engagement will be activated based on client requirements and hiring volumes, with the possibility of working across multiple startup hiring projects.
- The Associate will work closely with the Embedded TA Partner and support sourcing, candidate screening, coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate recruitment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other relevant channels.
- Identify candidates based on defined role requirements.
- Build and maintain relevant talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
- Screening & Candidate Management
- Review resumes against defined requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls where required.
- Maintain candidate information and status accurately.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews,



offers and joining.
- Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Track interview feedback and follow up with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate status of every candidate.
- Highlight potential candidate drop-offs or delays.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Update the recruitment dashboard regularly.
- Maintain candidate trackers and pipeline reports.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on assigned roles.
- Flag challenges, sourcing gaps and candidate risks to the Embedded TA Partner.

What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Good understanding of sourcing and screening.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals.
- Robust follow-up and communication skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently once requirements are clearly defined.
