Key Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with
Agentic AI frameworks
– LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience building
AI agents / autonomous agentic workflows
.
- Strong understanding of
prompt injection prevention, token spend optimization, context window management, and memory management
.
- Hands-on experience with
RAGAS
and automated AI/RAG evaluation pipelines.
- Model-agnostic experience
across platforms such as
Azure AI, AWS Bedrock
, or similar LLM environments.
- Robust
Python




development experience and ability to build production-grade AI applications.

What They Will Be Building

The team will be building an autonomous
“Identity Harness”
to implement software features end-to-end.

The solution will:
- Take
Jira tickets
as triggers and convert them into epics/stories.
- Route work to specialized AI agents.
- Use agents for
design, action planning, coding, code review, and testing
.
- Implement model routing, retries, token-cost controls, and intelligent context management.
- Use
non-LLM tools wherever possible
to reduce token consumption.
- Provide
observability, monitoring, alerting, and human intervention/kill mechanisms
.
- Support
business continuity
when a particular AI model becomes unavailable due to policy, regional, or provider restrictions.
