Sales Manager Water & Wastewater Treatment Solutions

About the Role

Luit Minerals is looking for an energetic, target-oriented and result-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales of RO Plants, STP, ETP, WTP, water treatment systems, disinfection systems and related engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales and business development experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently generate leads, develop customer relationships and convert opportunities into orders.

Experience in the water treatment, environmental engineering, infrastructure, industrial equipment, EPC or engineering solutions sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate current business opportunities for RO, STP, ETP,



WTP and other water-treatment solutions.
- Identify and approach potential customers across Assam and Northeast India.
- Develop relationships with industries, hospitals, hotels, institutions, builders, real-estate developers, government departments and commercial establishments.
- Generate leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, market research and other channels.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through effective follow-up and negotiation.

2. Market Development
- Identify new markets, industries and customer segments.
- Develop relationships with dealers, consultants, contractors, architects and EPC companies.
- Identify upcoming construction, industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, project consultants and decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
