Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and execute UI automation, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven.
- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze failures, and identify application defects.
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Perform cross-browser testing and validate application functionality across different environments.
- Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and automation results.




- Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall testing processes.

Required Skills
- Robust programming experience in Java.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with TestNG or JUnit.
- Good knowledge of Maven/Gradle and automation framework development.
- Experience in API testing using tools such as REST Assured or Postman is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Experience with Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, defect lifecycle, and test methodologies.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Role & responsibilities
