About the Role

We're seeking an all-rounder Digital Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate all digital marketing operations. You'll oversee strategy and execution across paid, organic, content, social, and email — managing teams, timelines, and deliverables to keep everything running smoothly and on-target.

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall digital marketing strategy and roadmap across all channels

Oversee day-to-day operations — SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email, and paid media

Coordinate between internal teams (performance, content, design, development) and clients/stakeholders

Manage campaign planning, calendars, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end

Track and report on cross-channel KPIs — traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, and ROI

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources across channels and campaigns

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists

Oversee website performance, analytics,



and ORM (online reputation management)

Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Identify growth opportunities and new channels; stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements

5+ years of digital marketing experience with exposure to all core operations

Robust working knowledge across SEO, SEM/paid ads, social media, content, and email marketing

Experience with analytics and tools — GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and email platforms

Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Analytical and results-oriented approach to decision-making

Agency experience is a plus

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
