Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, social media strategy, and creative content initiatives across multiple business segments. The ideal candidate will drive brand engagement, optimize marketing investments, and ensure high-quality creative execution across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

· Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI

· Plan and oversee monthly social media content calendars and campaign execution.

· Manage the design and delivery of creative assets including social media posts, banners, videos, event creatives, exhibitions, hoardings, and marketing collateral.





· Design and conceptualize graphics, illustrations, and infographics aligned with brand guidelines.

· Review and supervise junior designers’ work to ensure quality and consistency.

· Generate creative content ideas and stay updated with emerging social media and design trends.

· Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

· 7–10 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communication.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and performance analytics.

· Experience managing creative teams and marketing campaigns.

· Proficiency in design and content creation tools.

· Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
