- Leading the team, visit to centers and managing the day-to-day work of the DDUGKY Centers, setting targets, planning tasks to achieve the set targets, drafting report on center visit and work done, Implementation of the project as per SOP norms of DDU-GKY.
- Training center readiness as per DDU-GKY 2.0 sop norms for the commencement of the batches.
- Prepare & submission of Utilization Certificate files of batches.
- Planning and conducting TOT for improving the quality of existing trainers
- Ensure timely trainees assessments and evaluation
- Liaisoning & coordination with Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation authorities.
- Monitoring progress of Centers on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis.
- Carrying out awareness generation programs in the projects in the project areas, organizing campaign related to employment, skill development.
- Data validations & uploads on portal




- Representing Organization at various platforms as and when required.
- Ensure timely mobilization & creation of batches
- Timely execution of project as per PPWS.
- Ensure placment of the candidates

Key Skills, Qualification and Experience:
- Graduated/Post graduated from any recognized University.
- E-SOP Certified will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in DDU-GKY required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Panipat, Panipat - 132103, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
