We are looking for experienced
IFRS Advisory professionals
to join our offshore team supporting
RSM Kuwait
. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in
IFRS research, technical accounting, and implementation
, with prior advisory experience.
Big 4 experience is highly preferred.

This is an opportunity to work on international client engagements while being based remotely in India.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical research on IFRS and related accounting standards.
- Support IFRS implementation and advisory engagements.
- Analyze complex accounting issues and provide technical recommendations.
- Prepare technical accounting memos, reports, and client deliverables.
- Review and interpret IFRS requirements for financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and review of IFRS-compliant financial statements.
- Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated on changes to IFRS standards and their business impact.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,



Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience preparing technical accounting documentation and advisory reports.

Preferred Experience

*Assistant Manager*
- 7–8 years of IFRS advisory and implementation experience.
- Big 4 or reputed consulting firm experience preferred.
- Experience managing client engagements and mentoring teams.

*Senior Associate*
- 3–4 years of IFRS advisory or technical accounting experience.
- Exposure to IFRS implementation projects.
- Big 4 or reputed consulting firm experience preferred.
