Key Responsibilities





● Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and protocols.

● Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and audits.

● Identify hazards and ensure timely corrective action to prevent incidents.

● Maintain safety records, incident reports, and statutory compliance documentation.

● Conduct safety induction and training for site workforce.

● Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure a safe and positive work environment.

Requirements

● Diploma/Degree in Safety Management or equivalent certification (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).

● Relevant experience in construction site safety.

● Sound knowledge of safety regulations and statutory compliance requirements.

● Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
