JOB PROFILE: -
➢ Conducting daily toolbox safety meetings and discussing safety issues, conducting gas monitoring test before work starts.
prepares and ensures that permits are enclosed at work by appropriate authorities before work commences. Follow-up all safety related issues. Also, very the implementation and strict adherence to approved safety procedure.
➢ Ensure that new recruits undergo mandatory safety induction and the company’s orientation prepare (job safety analysis) JSA for all jobs to be done. Investigations and reports of all incidents, accident and near misses. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Ensure that work procedure and safety regulations are strictly adhered to. Ensure appropriate PPEs are issued to workers.
➢ Management company’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E;) Management systems are well maintained in accordance with the company policy.
➢ Manage regular risk assessments, surveys, site inspections & internal audits and address required follow-up actions to responsible units.
