- To finds, counsels, and registers rural youth for free skill training. They will work in the field to build community awareness, meet enrollment targets, and connect disadvantaged youth with job-linked training centers as per eligibility criteria of DDU-GKY 2.0.
- Field Outreach: Visit villages, door-to-door, and community spots to talk about the scheme.
- Awareness Camps: Set up meetings, rallies, or info sessions with local leaders like *Sarpanches* and Panchayat heads.
- Candidate Counseling: Explain course options, career paths, and job perks to youth and their parents.
- Screening & Eligibility: Check if candidates fit age, background, and income rules set by DDU-GKY.
- Documentation: Fill out registration forms, collect ID proofs, and update the management system (MIS)
- Assit to placement team for the placement of the candidates

Required Skills
- Good local language and communication skills.
- Strong willingness to travel within rural blocks and districts.
- Basic computer or mobile data entry knowledge.
- Local networking and persuasive abilities.
- Must know how to ride bike, Must have valid driving licence & bike

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
