We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete day-to-day restaurant operations

Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Monitor food quality, hygiene, service standards, and SOP compliance

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Monitor sales, costs, wastage, and operational expenses

Coordinate with Kitchen, Service, Cashier, and Management teams

Maintain restaurant discipline and operational standards

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile

3–5+ years of experience in restaurant management





Strong leadership and team-management skills

Good communication and customer-handling abilities

Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene

Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience in Arabian / Multi-Cuisine restaurants is an added advantage
