• Lead a team of 4-5 interns, allocate tasks and oversee audit engagements to

ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Plan, execute and monitor statutory audits and tax audits while ensuring

compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Independently Manage and execute Statutory & Tax Audits and ITR filings for

mid to Large size clients.

• Review audit working papers, financialstatements and tax computationsto

ensure completeness and correctness.

• Ensure timely completion of audits by setting deadlines, resolving bottlenecks

and maintaining coordination with clients.





• Identify audits risks,suggest processimprovements and ensure

adherence to best practices in audit methodology.

• Coordinate with clients for audit requirement, address their queries,

and provide value added recommendations.

• Mentor and train team members, review their work and ensure high-quality

deliverables.

• Ideal candidate should be able to independently manage and execute

Statutory & Tax Audits and ITR filings for listed entities.
