They are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in Rust, Svelte, LanceDB, and Generative AI to build high-performance applications and AI-powered solutions. This is a high-impact opportunity for engineers who enjoy working with modern technology stacks, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to innovative GenAI products.

Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Rust.
- Develop modern, responsive web applications using Svelte/SvelteKit.
- Build and manage vector search and AI retrieval capabilities using LanceDB.




- Design and implement RAG and GenAI-powered applications.
- Integrate LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications.
- Develop workflows involving embeddings, semantic search and contextual
retrieval.
- Implement appropriate security and privacy controls around sensitive enterprise
data.
- Contribute to DLP, data governance and AI governance implementation.
- Implement appropriate access controls and safeguards for AI applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business
requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested production code.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design and code reviews.
- Evaluate emerging technologies within the GenAI ecosystem.

Must Have :
- 3 - 5 years of professional software development experience.
