Role Description
This full-time, in office US IT Bench Sales Recruiter role is based in Indore. The position involves working with bench candidates, understanding their skills and experience, and proactively marketing their profiles to clients and vendors across the US. The recruiter will identify suitable job requirements, submit qualified profiles, negotiate rates, and follow up on interview schedules and feedback.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing and new vendors, updating trackers and databases, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with client and company processes. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet placement targets and support overall staffing objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong US IT recruitment and bench sales skills, including experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work authorizations.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, profile marketing, and vendor management using job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with candidates, clients, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and use CRM or ATS tools effectively.
- Understanding of the US IT market, staffing processes, and basic tax
