Role & responsibilities
- Owns the maximum coverage of emergencies occurring in the district through effective resource planning.
- Monitoring and controlling the operations cost.
- Strategic positioning (HOT SPOT) of vehicles ensuring optimal coverage of the geography.
- Interfaces with media with regards to operations in the district.
- Conducts district level review meetings with EMEs and conducting staff meeting once every month.
- Custodian of EMRI & 108 brands for the district.
- Develops comprehensive awareness building plan for the district including Demonstrations, Contact programs & other marketing activities.
- Handling team of EMTs, Pilots & EMEs.
- Should interface with necessary Support functions in head office for facilitating the smooth execution of operations.
- Ensuring optimal media coverage about the utilization of 108 services in the district.
- Representing the district in all the relevant review meetings.
- Responsible for ambulance audit closures & responsible for relevant Preventive and corrective actions.




- Dissemination of information related to policies and ensuring high levels of process compliance on the field.
- Ensuring periodic implementation of training programs.
- Should identify the office location in the district headquarters and facilitate the identification of ambulance shelters.
- Supporting HR team for recruiting the front line staff.
- Coordinating with EMLC for ambulance phase of the training.
- Responsible for activities related to fleet like
- Ensuring on time schedule servicing.
- Ensuring Optimal uptime.
- Ensuring optimal fuel utilization through best KMPL achieving practices amongst the pilots & captains.
- Strict adherence to Pilot/Captain Fixation for vehicles.
- Ensuring the Repair and Maintenance cost of the fleet is within the set limits.
- Completely responsible in controlling the Fleet Non-Operational Kilometers.
- Ensuring the on time payment of bills with relation to fuel and other vendors.
