Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage online sales of gems and jewelry products on various e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through email, phone, and chat support to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with designers to create current product lines and manage inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in the gems & jewellery industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of gems, gold, silver, diamonds, and other precious metals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction via multiple channels (email, phone, chat).
- Proficiency in managing online sales processes using e-commerce software.
