Sreeyang Home Furnishing is a growing home-furnishing brand specializing in premium curtains, blinds, curtain fabrics, accessories and customized window solutions for homes, villas, offices, hotels and commercial spaces.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to help us expand our customer and professional network across Attingal, Trivandrum, Varkala and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp and social media leads.
- Meet and build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, contractors and property developers.
- Visit residential and commercial projects to identify furnishing requirements.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations with the showroom/team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the order is confirmed.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
- Identify new projects, apartments, villas, hotels, resorts,



offices and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate with the measurement, stitching and installation teams when required.
- Maintain a daily record of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.

Who We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, interior products, home furnishing, construction or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting customers and professionals.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to close sales.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within Trivandrum, Attingal, Varkala and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps.
- Malayalam and English communication skills required.
