Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our recruitment team. This is a performance-based internship where compensation will be linked to your performance and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Support the team in achieving hiring targets.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.

Requirements
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented workplace.
