We are looking for a reliable and responsible Part-Time Property & Administrative Assistant to help coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and administration of a residential property in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

The property owner manages the property remotely. The selected person will act as the local point of contact for maintenance, repairs, bills, documentation, and occasional property visits.

This is suitable for someone living near Thiruvanmiyur who is comfortable using a computer, smartphone, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, email, and online payment/record-keeping systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repair requests.
- Contact and follow up with plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, appliance technicians, and other service providers.
- Visit the property when required to inspect maintenance or repair work.
- Take before/after photographs and provide updates to the owner.
- Obtain quotations from service providers when required.
- Verify that approved repair work has been completed satisfactorily.




- Coordinate with tenants regarding technician visits, repairs, inspections, and access.
- Keep track of electricity, water, property-related and other bills and remind the owner of upcoming payments.
- Make approved bill payments when specifically authorized and maintain receipts.
- Maintain basic expense and maintenance records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Scan/upload bills, receipts, photographs, quotations, and other documents to Google Drive.
- Assist with vacant-unit inspections and tenant move-in/move-out activities when required.
- Provide regular WhatsApp updates to the property owner regarding completed and pending tasks.

Working Hours

This is not a full time office position.

Work is flexible and based on property requirements. Most administrative work can be completed remotely using a phone/computer.

The candidate should be available to visit the property in Thiruvanmiyur when necessary, particularly for maintenance,
