Position Overview

We are looking for a
Training & Student Operations Coordinator
who will be responsible for managing the complete learner journey — from
lead follow-up and enrollment to training coordination, payment collection, completion, certification, and post-training engagement
.

The role requires
strong communication skill
, follow-up, coordination, and ownership skills. The person will work closely with prospective learners, enrolled students, trainers, and management to ensure a smooth and professional training experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Follow-up
- Manage incoming leads from multiple sources, including:

Company website , LinkedIn, Employee/student references, Other marketing and referral channels
- Contact current leads promptly and understand their requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Keep lead status and next follow-up dates updated.
- Categorize leads based on their interest and conversion potential.

2. Lead Qualification & Counselling
- Understand the candidate's professional background, experience,



career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain relevant training programs, duration, curriculum, fees, schedule, and learning approach.
- Identify suitable programs based on the candidate's requirements.
- Handle common questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate demo or counselling sessions wherever required.

3. Enrollment & Onboarding
- Follow up with interested candidates until enrollment is completed.
- Share onboarding instructions and required information.
- Collect necessary learner details and documents.
- Enroll learners into the appropriate training batch.
- Ensure the learner receives all required access, communication, and joining information.

4. Training Schedule & Batch Coordination
- Prepare and share training schedules with enrolled learners.
- Maintain batch-wise learner information.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding upcoming sessions.
