We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive ABM and inbound programs with solid execution ownership and measurable business impact.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager – ABM & Inbound, you will drive multi-channel demand generation initiatives that combine Account-Based Marketing, inbound marketing, content strategy, performance marketing, and marketing automation.

This role requires:
- Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys
- Hands-on experience executing ABM programs
- Strong grasp of inbound marketing fundamentals




- Coordination with Sales and RevOps
- Ownership of KPIs and measurable outcomes
- Ability to work across teams and support client stakeholders
- You will operate at both strategic and execution levels within a fast-paced B2B agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

ABM Strategy & Target Account Growth
- Support and execute Account-Based Marketing programs including ICP definition, segmentation, account tiering, and personalization frameworks.
- Design multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align ABM plays with revenue targets and deal cycles.
- Use intent signals, engagement data, and account insights to refine targeting and messaging.
- Drive account penetration, engagement scoring, and opportunity acceleration.
- Inbound Marketing & Organic Demand Generation
- Build inbound programs that attract high-intent B2B buyers across the funnel.
