Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate & DLF, Porur
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Work Mode: Work from office
Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM - Cab provided for both pickup and drop
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and managers to improve employee productivity and retention.
- Manage headcount across multiple locations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and counseling initiatives.
- Conduct skip-level meetings and one-on-one discussions.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage attendance and leave systems.
- Coordinate induction and new hire orientation programs.
- Act as an escalation point for unresolved employee relation issues.
- Organize R&R; events and celebrate key organizational days.
