Leaders College is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Professor – Commerce to join our academic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Commerce-related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic development.
- Conduct examinations, evaluate assignments, and maintain academic records.
- Participate in academic activities, events, and departmental initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall development of the Commerce Department.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualification in Commerce or a related field.
- Prior teaching/academic experience is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
- Passion for teaching and academic excellence.
