Hiring: Associate Principal Engineer – Agile Coaching

We are hiring an experienced Agile Coach / Agile Transformation professional to drive Agile adoption, coaching, and delivery excellence across enterprise teams.

Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 9–11 years only
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice with August/September 2026 LWD preferred

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 9–11 years of experience in Agile Coaching, Delivery Coaching, Scrum Mastery, or Agile Program Leadership
- Strong hands-on expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Secure
- Experience coaching multiple Agile squads, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
- Proven experience driving Agile transformation and improving Agile maturity
- Strong experience with PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Agile workshops
- Expertise in backlog management, release planning, dependency management, and delivery governance
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics including Velocity, Cycle Time,



Lead Time, Throughput, and Delivery Predictability
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
- Agile certifications such as SAFe, SPC, CSM, PSM, or ICAgile are highly preferred
- Experience in Retail or Product Engineering environments is preferred
