Job Title: Accounts Executive (Tally)

Location: On-site – Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in Tally. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and assist the Financial Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
- Record and maintain financial transactions, invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Assist the Financial Manager in preparing reports and financial statements.




- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and financial requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and analytical abilities.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST and TDS concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting and finance domain.
