MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Operations leadership.
- Consolidate operational data from stores, regions, and various business systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely circulation of reports.

Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze store performance trends, sales data, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Identify gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
- Support periodic business reviews with relevant data and presentations.

Operations Support
- Maintain and update operational trackers related to sales, manpower, audits, training, and store performance.




- Coordinate with Regional Managers and cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
- Monitor compliance of reporting timelines across regions.
- Support new initiatives, projects, and operational improvement programs through data tracking and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Solid knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred.
- Good understanding of data management and reporting processes.
