Key Skills Required

1. Business Development
- Generate new patient enquiries and business leads.
- Develop relationships with patients, attendants, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres and referral partners.
- Identify current markets and patient acquisition opportunities.
- Develop B2B and B2C referral channels.

2. Medical Tourism Sales
- Understand the patient's requirements and treatment needs.
- Explain available treatment options and hospital facilities professionally.
- Coordinate with hospitals for treatment estimates, appointments and medical opinions.
- Follow up with prospective patients until conversion.

3. International Patient Handling
- Communicate professionally with international patients and attendants.
- Coordinate documentation required for medical travel.
- Assist with travel, accommodation, airport transfers and other patient-support services.




- Coordinate with internal travel/visa teams wherever required.

4. Hospital & Partner Relationship Management
- Develop relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate for packages, quotations, treatment estimates and referral arrangements.
- Maintain regular communication with hospital international-patient departments.

5. Follow-up & CRM
- Maintain accurate patient and lead information in CRM/Google Sheets/CRM software.
- Conduct timely follow-ups.
- Maintain daily activity reports.
- Track lead → consultation → quotation → booking → treatment conversion.
