Manager HR Shared Services, HRIS & Transformation is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations,ensuring exceptional employee experience, driving process excellence, and managing HR technology platforms.This role oversees HR Shared Services delivery, HRIS governance, process automation, and transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and service quality.

The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to HR, business leaders, and technology teams to standardizeprocesses, optimize HR systems, and drive digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Shared Services Leadership

Lead and manage HR Shared Services operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee movements, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs.

Establish and monitor service standards to enhance employee and manager experience.

Manage escalations and drive resolution of complex HR operational issues.





Develop and implement standardized HR processes and governance frameworks.

2. HRIS Management & Governance

Serve as the HRIS owner for platforms such as Darwinbox, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent HR systems.

Drive HRIS optimization, configuration enhancements, workflow automation, and system upgrades.

Partner with IT and vendors to support technology implementation and issue resolution.

Ensure employee data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance.

Manage HR master data governance and reporting frameworks.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for recent system functionalities and releases.

3. HR Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Lead HR transformation initiatives focused on digitization, automation, process simplification, and operational excellence.

Identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and process re-engineering methodologies.

Drive implementation of self-service
