Key Responsibilities
- Customer Discovery: Connect with qualified inbound leads, understand their business challenges, and identify their requirements.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging online product demonstrations and recommend the right business solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and proactive outreach.
- Revenue Growth: Convert qualified opportunities into high-value recurring revenue (MRR/ARR).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Customer Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.
- Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and market requirements, and collaborate with the Product team to enhance the platform.
