Job Qualifications for Sales consultant at our store
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, premium/luxury fashion, kidswear or lifestyle brands.
- Strong interest and understanding of fashion, styling, fabrics, colours and current trends.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a warm, confident and approachable personality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalised styling and product recommendations.
- Comfortable working with premium customers and creating a high-quality, welcoming store experience.
- Good understanding of kidswear sizing, fits and styling; experience with mother-and-child fashion is an advantage.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Presentable, energetic and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for fashion.




- Valuable eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Comfortable using POS systems, WhatsApp, Instagram and basic retail technology.
- Good spoken English and Hindi.
- Should be responsible, proactive, well-organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- A degree/diploma in Fashion, Retail, Styling or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
