Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru North with a compensation of approximately 5 LPA. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers, understand their real estate needs, and present suitable property options from Square Yard’s portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting property visits,



managing leads generated through various channels, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The role involves negotiating terms, supporting clients through documentation and closing processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets, prepare basic sales reports, and stay updated on local market trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications
