Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with 5+ years of experience to manage and support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and induction programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee information, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing, deductions, incentives, and employee salary-related queries.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.




- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Assist in performance appraisal, confirmation, promotion, increment, and disciplinary processes.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters, relieving letters, and experience letters.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and other HR-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, PT, and other HR regulations.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal HR initiatives.
- Support employee retention and help identify workforce-related concerns.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and management reports as required.
- Coordinate with department heads and management on manpower planning and HR requirements.
