Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate engineering/automation projects from order confirmation through delivery, installation, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics & Service teams.
- Prepare project schedules, trackers, MOMs and progress reports.
- Follow up on drawings, BOMs, procurement, manufacturing, inspection & dispatch.
- Coordinate customer approvals, FAT/SAT, installation & commissioning.
- Track project milestones,



delays and pending activities.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely project completion.

Preferred Experience: Industrial Automation, Welding Automation, SPM, Robotics, Material Handling, Manufacturing or EPC projects.

Key Skills: Project Coordination, Communication, Follow-up, MS Excel, Documentation & Team Coordination.
