Job Title- Community Manager

Location- Recent Delhi

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive, customer-centric, member-first Talent Acquisition Community Manager to grow and nurture Roshanees online community. You will engage with recruiters, drive meaningful conversations, plan and host weekly/monthly/quarterly events, moderate discussions, and resolve inquiries promptly. You will develop content and programs that boost participation, strengthen employer brand affinity, and deliver clear member value - ultimately increasing engagement, retention, and advocacy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate Roshanees community across forums and social platform channels, upholding guidelines and tone of voice.
- Engage and respond to inquiries quickly and professionally. Monitor conversations and ensure community guidelines are followed.
- Build and execute a content calendar (market insights, tools, case studies, job spotlights) to encourage community interaction.
- Host recurring events (AMAs with TA leaders, webinars, roundtables, workshops, Campaigns)



weekly/monthly/quarterly to boost engagement.
- Nurture relationships with power users, influencers, and brand advocates; enable member-led contributions.
- Gather member feedback and talent-market signals; synthesize insights with internal teams.
- Launch programs that drive participation (challenges, spotlights, referral/recognition initiatives).
- Track community KPIs (Monthly active users, active contributors, response time, event attendance, CSAT/NPS, retention); deliver reports and recommendations.
- Identify trends and opportunities; test and iterate engagement strategies and community features.
- Handle sensitive topics and conflicts with discretion; ensure compliance with privacy and community policies.
- Partner with Branding team to align messaging; support campaigns and amplification.

Required Knowledge:
- Bachelors in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or equivalent experience.
