About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and proactive Founders Office Associate who will work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business operations, and high-priority projects.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across multiple functions, and turning ideas into execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Founder on strategic, operational, and business-critical initiatives.

Operate basic EA activities, drive special projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with teams across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
Track business priorities, KPIs, project milestones, and action items and provide regular updates to the Founder.
Conduct market research,



competitor analysis, and business research to support decision-making.
Prepare MIS reports, business dashboards, presentations, and management reports.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements and scalable solutions.
Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and closure of critical tasks.
Support the Founder in preparing business presentations, review decks, reports, and strategic documents.
Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, processes, and initiatives.

Take ownership of ad-hoc, high-priority projects assigned by the Founder.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and work towards resolving them without requiring constant supervision.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and company
information.
