Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.

Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.





Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu. Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated. Positive client-handling and relationship-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
