Role & responsibilities:

Appagentix is an application and AI development company. We build mobile and web applications, custom software, and AI products for startups and enterprises across India, the US and UAE.

This is the top marketing seat. You will own the function end to end and lead a team of 4-5 SEO Executives and Senior Executives.

Technical SEO
- Run all technical audits: crawlability, indexation, canonicalisation, schema, Core Web Vitals
- Apply HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge as it affects crawling and rendering
- Work with our WordPress developer on templates and site structure

Content and organic
- Run keyword research, search intent mapping and competitor analysis across our service lines mobile app development, web development, custom software and AI
- Decide which pages should exist before anyone writes them
- Write the briefs your team executes against and hold the bar on them
- Get us cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, not only ranked in blue links

Paid and performance
- Plan and run campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta




- Own keyword strategy, ad copy, budget pacing and blended CAC across organic and paid
- Build and test landing pages and funnels with our developer

Must have
- 5-9 years hands-on digital marketing, with 1-2 years leading a team
- Deep technical SEO. You diagnose an indexation problem yourself rather than escalate it
- 4+ years with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript as they affect SEO
- Solid reporting. You can explain a traffic drop to a founder
