Job Description: Manager Bulk Hiring (Client Staffing)

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to manage and lead large-scale hiring mandates for key client accounts. The role requires robust expertise in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, team leadership, and client engagement. The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for clients, drive recruitment delivery, ensure SLA compliance, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring mandates across multiple client accounts.
- Drive timely closures while ensuring quality of hires and adherence to client expectations.
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, closures, offer conversions, and joining ratios.
- Prepare and present recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring forecasts.
- Track SLAs, TAT, productivity, and delivery metrics.

Client & Stakeholder Management




- Front-end client accounts and serve as the primary contact for all hiring-related discussions.
- Understand client business requirements, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients and provide hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal business teams.
- Manage escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
