Email & Chat Process Intern (Customer Communication, Email Support, Chat Operations)

Medinex Workforce is seeking an Email & Chat Process Intern to support digital customer communication and service operations. This role is suitable for candidates with strong written communication skills who want practical experience handling customer requests through structured email and chat workflows in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-Time Internship

Work Mode: Remote

Duration: 1–3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat channels

* Understand customer requests and provide appropriate information

* Follow established communication and service procedures

* Record interactions and update relevant support information

* Track unresolved requests and coordinate follow-ups

* Escalate issues that require assistance from other teams

* Maintain accuracy and professionalism across customer communications

* Support quality checks and process improvement activities

Qualifications





* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable using email, chat, and online collaboration platforms

* Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

* Prior customer support experience is not required
